We’re a small but mighty two-person team, and we appreciate your support and patience as we bring our art to life and into your hands!

Processing Time

Due to our convention schedule, processing time is typically between 10–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This does not include shipping time, which varies based on your location. We do our best to send out orders as quickly as possible—thank you for your understanding!

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Mail. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Please allow extra time during peak holiday periods.

International Shipping

We’re happy to ship worldwide! Rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note:

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We include all necessary customs documentation, but delays may occur due to customs processing.
We are not liable for any customs-related charges or delays.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. Estimated ship dates are listed in the product description.
