We’re a small, passionate team creating art that means something—and we want you to love what you receive. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it better.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return window is 7 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• We do not accept returns for items damaged after delivery or missing parts not due to our error.

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at [your email] with photos and your order number. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank account and credit card statement.

2. Contact your bank or card provider—processing times may vary.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, the refund will go to them.

Return Shipping

To return your item, please mail it to: 785 Cadence View Way, Henderson NV 89011, United Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
